Tax Credit up to $6500 for New Home Buyers
First-time homebuyers have been getting tax credits of up to $8,000 for their new home purchase, but now a new program is available for current home owners up to a $6500 tax credit. Buyers who have owned their current homes at least five years would be eligible or anyone who hasn't owned a home in the last three years would still qualify for the $8,000 tax credit.

Walking Trail Begun!

The first phase of the Cottages at North Ramsey's walking trail has been finished! The first portion of the walking trail, which will encircle the entire 20 acre community, has been completed!
Starting by the rear of the clubhouse and continuing past building one and building two, the cement has dried and the lush landscaping has been planted.
The entire walking trail is expected to be completed by the end of September.
Building 2 is nearing Completion! Schedule date is in August and we will also be having a Grand Opening. A 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Bramante floorplan and a 2 bedroom + den/2 bathroom Ducal floor plan is still available.
Building 19 is nearing completion. Schedule date is in September.
The Cottages at North Ramsey has their own Social Network! In order to join, you must be a homeowner in the community.
